🔧 NON-RUNNING & DIFFICULT WATCHES
Diagnostic Evaluation — $75
For watches that are not running, stopping immediately, or require extensive troubleshooting.
Evaluation includes diagnosis of:
Balance & escapement
Hairspring condition
Mainspring & barrel
Gear train
Pivots & jewels
Previous repairs or damage
Overall movement condition
$75 evaluation fee is applied toward approved repair or service.

Vintage watches can be 50, 75, or even 100+ years old. Parts may be unavailable, previous repairs may affect the movement, and some problems cannot be identified until the movement is fully examined.
My goal is to restore your watch properly—not simply make it run temporarily.
All prices are starting prices. Parts and specialized restoration work may incur additional charges.

2. Send or Drop Off Your Watch
Customers in Albuquerque can take advantage of free local pickup. Nationwide customers can use the mail-in service with simple shipping instructions.
3. Inspection & Quote Approval
All repair work is performed by quote only. After inspection, you’ll receive a service recommendation and estimate before any work begins. No repair work is started without your approval.
4. Standard Servicing Available Online
Standard servicing and optional video add-ons may be purchased directly through the website. More complex repairs, restorations, and diagnostic work are quoted individually after inspection.
5. Expert Service & Bench Testing
Once approved, your watch is carefully serviced or repaired using professional methods. After completion, it is inspected and bench-tested to help ensure reliable operation.
6. Offline Payment & Safe Return
For quoted repair work, payment is processed offline only after the work has been completed. Your watch is then securely packaged and returned to you, ready to wear and enjoy.
